6 Yúshì Yǎgè hé yīqiè yǔ tā tóng zaì de rén dào le Jiānán dì de Lùsī , jiù shì Bótèlì .

Chuàngshìjì 35:6 Meaning and Commentary

Genesis 35:6

So Jacob came to Luz, which [is] in the land of Canaan, that
[is] Bethel
The place Jacob had called Bethel, when he was there before, was formerly called Luz, ( Genesis 28:19 ) ; and is here said to be in the land of Canaan, that is, in that part of the land which was inhabited by those who were properly called Canaanites, to distinguish it from another Luz, which was in the land of the Hittites; ( Judges 1:26 ) ;

he and all the people that [were] with him;
wives, children, servants, or whoever else came from Shechem, these all came safe to Luz without any molestation or loss.

4 Tāmen jiù bǎ waìbāngrén de shénxiàng hé tāmen ĕrduo shàng de huánzi jiāo gĕi Yǎgè . Yǎgè dōu cáng zaì Shìjiàn nàli de xiàngshù dǐ xià .

5 Tāmen biàn qǐ xíng qián wàng . shén shǐ nà zhōuwéi chéngyì de rén dōu shén jīng jù , jiù bù zhuīgǎn Yǎgè de zhòng zǐ le .

6 Yúshì Yǎgè hé yīqiè yǔ tā tóng zaì de rén dào le Jiānán dì de Lùsī , jiù shì Bótèlì .

7 Tā zaì nàli zhù le yī zuò tán , jiù gĕi nà dìfang qǐmíng jiào Yīlèbótèlì ( jiù shì Bótèlì zhī shén de yìsi ) , yīnwei tā taóbì tā gēge de shíhou , shén zaì nàli xiàng tā xiǎnxiàn .

8 Lìbǎijiā de nǎi mǔ Dǐbōlā sǐ le , jiù zàng zaì Bótèlì xiàbiān xiàngshù dǐ xià . nà kē shù míng jiào Yàlúnbāgǔ .
