(H12:1) Mit Lüge hat Ephraim mich umringt, und das Haus Israel mit Trug; und Juda ist immer noch zügellos gegen Gott und gegen den Heiligen, der treu ist.

The Lord says, "The people of Israel have surrounded me with lies and deceit, and the people of Judah are still rebelling against me, the faithful and holy God.

Efrayim surrounds me with falsehood, And the house of Yisra'el with deceit; And Yehudah still us unruly with God, And is unfaithful to the Holy One.

(-) In Ephraim ist allenthalben Lügen wider mich und im Hause Israel falscher Gottesdienst. Aber auch Juda hält nicht fest an Gott und an dem Heiligen, der treu ist.

The people of Ephraim tell nothing but lies. Israel has not been honest with me. And Judah continues to wander away from God. They have deserted the faithful Holy One.

Ephraim hath compassed me about with denials, and the house of Israel with deceit: but Juda went down as a witness with God, and is faithful with the saints.

Ephraim compassed me in denying, the house of Israel in guile. But Judah a witness went down with God, and with faithful saints. (Ephraim surroundeth me with denial, or with treachery, yea, the house of Israel surroundeth me with deceitfulness. And Judah still rebelleth against me, the faithful and the holy God.)
