1And it came to pass , that, as the people pressed uponhim to hear the word of God , hestoodby the lake of Gennesaret,2Andsawtwoshipsstandingby the lake:but the fishermen were gone out ofthem, and were washing their nets.3And he enteredintoone of the ships,whichwasSimon's, and prayedhim that he would thrust out a littlefrom the land.And he sat down , and taught the people out of the ship.4Nowwhen he had leftspeaking , he saiduntoSimon,Launch outinto the deep,and let downyournetsfor a draught.5AndSimonansweringsaid unto him,Master, we have toiledallthenight, and have takennothing:neverthelessatthyword I will let down the net.6And when they hadthisdone , they inclosed a greatmultitude of fishes:andtheirnetbrake .
7And they beckoned unto their partners,which were in the othership, that they should come and helpthem.And they came , andfilledboth the ships,so that they began to sink .
8WhenSimonPetersaw it, he fell down atJesus'knees,saying , Departfromme;for I am a sinfulman, O Lord.9Forhe was astonished , andall that were with him,at the draught of the fisheswhich they had taken :
10Andso was alsoJames,andJohn, the sons of Zebedee,whichwerepartners with Simon.AndJesussaiduntoSimon,Fearnot;fromhenceforth thou shaltcatchmen.
