Thereforeis the kingdom of heavenlikened unto a certainking,whichwouldtakeaccountofhisservants.

And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, which owedhim ten thousandtalents.[a]

But forasmuch ashehadnot to pay, hislordcommandedhim to be sold, andhiswife,andchildren,andallthat he had, and payment to be made.

The servanttherefore fell down, and worshippedhim,[b]saying, Lord, have patiencewithme,and I will paytheeall.

Then the lord of thatservant was moved with compassion, and loosedhim,andforgavehim the debt.
28
But the sameservant went out, and foundone of hisfellowservants,whichowedhim an hundredpence:[c]and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Paymethat thou owest.
29
Andhisfellowservant fell downathisfeet, and besoughthim,saying, Have patiencewithme,and I will paytheeall.
30
And he wouldnot:butwent and casthimintoprison,tillhe should pay the debt.
