1 Corinthians 1:2; 1 Corinthians 1:28; 1 Corinthians 8:7; 1 Corinthians 8:10; 1 Corinthians 9:19; 1 Corinthians 9:21; 1 Corinthians 12:12
Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:
And base things of the world, and things which are despised , hath God chosen , yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are :
Howbeit there is not in every man that knowledge: for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled .
For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol's temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols;
For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.
To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.
For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
