A Glorified Zion

1 "¹Arise, shine ; for your ²light has come, And the ³glory of the LORD has risen upon you. 2 "For behold, ⁴darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness the peoples ; But the LORD will rise upon you And His ⁵glory will appear upon you. 3 "⁶Nations will come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising. 4 "⁷Lift up your eyes round about and see ; They all gather together, they ⁸come to you. Your sons will come from afar, And your ⁹daughters will be ^acarried in the arms. 5 "Then you will see and be ¹⁰radiant, And your heart will ^bthrill and rejoice ; Because the ¹¹abundance of the sea will be turned to you, The ¹²wealth of the nations will come to you. 6 "A multitude of camels will cover you, The young camels of Midian and ¹³Ephah ; All those from ¹⁴Sheba will come ; They will bring ¹⁵gold and frankincense, And will ¹⁶bear good news of the praises of the LORD.
