Proverbs 28:22-28

A man with an 1evil eye 2hastens after wealth And does not know that want will come upon him.
He who 3rebukes a man will afterward find more favor Than he who 4flatters with the tongue.
He who 5robs his father or his mother And says, "It is not a transgression," Is the 6companion of a man who destroys.
An arrogant man 7stirs up strife, But he who 8trusts in the LORD 9will prosper.
He who 10trusts in his own heart is a fool, But he who walks wisely will be delivered.
He who 11gives to the poor will never want, But he who shuts his eyes will have many curses.
When the wicked rise, men hide themselves; But when they perish, the righteous increase.
