Luke 20:12

And again he sent the third
Perhaps after the return of the Jews from captivity, and between that time and the coming of Christ, in which interval many good men were used in a very inhuman manner, ( Hebrews 11:37 Hebrews 11:38 )

and they wounded him also;
by casting stones at him; see ( Mark 12:4 )

and cast him out;
of the vineyard.

10 Llegada la cosecha, mandó un siervo a los labradores para que le dieran parte de la cosecha. Pero los labradores lo golpearon y lo despidieron con las manos vacías.

11 Les envió otro siervo, pero también a este lo golpearon, lo humillaron y lo despidieron con las manos vacías.

12 Entonces envió un tercero, pero aun a este lo hirieron y lo expulsaron.

13 »Entonces pensó el dueño del viñedo: “¿Qué voy a hacer? Enviaré a mi hijo amado; seguro que a él sí lo respetarán”.

14 Pero cuando lo vieron los labradores, trataron el asunto. “Este es el heredero —dijeron—. Matémoslo, y la herencia será nuestra”.
