So they were willing to receive Him into the boat, and immediately the boat was at the land to which they were going.

The nextday1the crowd that stood on the otherside of the seasaw that there was noothersmallboatthere, exceptone, and that Jesus2had not entered with His disciples into the boat, but that His disciples had goneawayalone.

There cameothersmallboats from 3Tiberiasnear to the placewhere they ate the bread after the 4Lord5had giventhanks.

Sowhen the crowdsaw that Jesus was not there, nor His disciples, they themselvesgot into the smallboats, and 6came to CapernaumseekingJesus.

When they found Him on the otherside of the sea, they said to Him, "7Rabbi, when did You gethere?"

26Jesusanswered them and said, "Truly, truly, I say to you, you 8seek Me, not because you saw9signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled.

"Do not 10work for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to 11eternallife, which12the Son of Man will give to you, for on Him the Father, God, 13has set His seal."

Therefore they said to Him, "What shall we do, so that we may work the works of God?"

Jesusanswered and said to them, "This is 14the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He 15has sent."

So they said to Him, "16Whatthen do You do for a 17sign, so that we may see, and believe You? Whatwork do You perform?

"18Our fathersate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written, '19HE GAVE THEM BREAD OUT OF HEAVEN TO EAT.' "
