And he said unto theminhisdoctrine,Bewareof the scribes,whichlove to goin long clothing,and love salutationsin the marketplaces,

And the chief seatsin the synagogues,and the uppermost roomsatfeasts:

Which devourwidows'houses,and for a pretencemakelongprayers: these shall receivegreaterdamnation.

AndJesussat over against the treasury, and beheldhow the peoplecastmoney[a]into the treasury:andmany that were rich cast inmuch.

And there came a certainpoorwidow, and she threw intwomites,[b] which make a farthing.

And he called unto him hisdisciples, and saith unto them,Verily I say unto you,Thatthispoorwidow hath castmorein, than all they which have castinto the treasury:
