David answered Gad, "I have great anxiety. Please, let us fall into the Lord's hands because His mercies are great, but don't let me fall into human hands."

Then David said to Gad, "I am in great distress. Let us fall into the hand of the LORD, for his mercy is great; but let me not fall into the hand of man."

And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let us fall now into the hand of the LORD; for his mercies are great: and let me not fall into the hand of man.

Respondió David a Gad: Estoy muy angustiado. Te ruego que nos dejes caer en manos del SEÑOR porque grandes son sus misericordias, pero no caiga yo en manos de hombre.

David said to Gad, "This is very hard for me. Let us fall into the hand of ADONAI, because his mercies are great, rather than have me fall into the hand of man."

Und David sprach zu Gad: Mir ist sehr angst! Mögen wir doch in die Hand Jehovas fallen, denn seine Erbarmungen sind groß; aber in die Hand der Menschen laß mich nicht fallen!

Entonces David dijo a Gad: En grande angustia estoy; ruego que caigamos en la mano del SEÑOR, porque sus misericordias son muchas, y que no caiga yo en manos de hombres

David said to Gad, "I am in great trouble. Let the Lord punish us, because the Lord is very merciful. Don't let my punishment come from human beings!"

—¡Estoy en una situación desesperada! —le respondió David a Gad—. Mejor que caigamos nosotros en las manos del Señor , porque su misericordia es grande, y que no caiga yo en manos humanas.

—¡Estoy entre la espada y la pared! —respondió David—. Pero es mejor que caigamos en las manos del SEÑOR, porque su amor es grande, y no que yo caiga en las manos de los hombres.
