People would stagger from village to village crazed for water and never quenching their thirst. But you never got thirsty for me. You ignored me." God's Decree.

"So two or three cities would stagger to another city to drink water, But would not be satisfied; Yet you have not returned to Me," declares the LORD .

und zwei, drei Städte wankten zu einer Stadt hin, um Wasser zu trinken, und wurden nicht satt. Dennoch seid ihr nicht bis zu mir umgekehrt, spricht Jehova.

So people from two or three cities staggered as they walked to another city in order to get a drink of water. But they couldn't get enough. And you still didn't return to me, declares the LORD.

So two [or] three cities wandered to one city to drink water and they were not satisfied, yet you did not return to me," [is] the declaration of Yahweh.

Deux, trois villes sont allées vers une autre pour boire de l'eau, Et elles n'ont point apaisé leur soif. Malgré cela, vous n'êtes pas revenus à moi, dit l'Eternel.

Und es zogen zwei, drei Städte zu einer Stadt, daß sie Wasser trinken möchten, und konnten nicht genug finden; doch bekehrtet ihr euch nicht zu mir, spricht der HERR.
