Proverbs 28:23-28

He who 1rebukes a man will afterward find more favor Than he who 2flatters with the tongue.
He who 3robs his father or his mother And says, "It is not a transgression," Is the 4companion of a man who destroys.
An arrogant man 5stirs up strife, But he who 6trusts in the LORD 7will prosper.
He who 8trusts in his own heart is a fool, But he who walks wisely will be delivered.
He who 9gives to the poor will never want, But he who shuts his eyes will have many curses.
When the wicked rise, men hide themselves; But when they perish, the righteous increase.
