For if their rejection is the 1reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but 2life from the dead?
16If the 3firstpiece of dough is holy, the lump is also; and if the root is holy, the branches are too.
But ifsome of the 4branches were brokenoff, and 5you, being a wildolive, were grafted in among them and becamepartaker with them of the arichroot of the olivetree,
do not be arroganttoward the branches; but if you are arrogant, remember that 6it is not you who supports the root, but the root supports you.
197You will saythen, "Branches were brokenoffso that I might be grafted in."
20Quiteright, they were brokenoff for their unbelief, but you 8stand by your faith. 9Do not be conceited , but fear;
for ifGod did not spare the naturalbranches, He will not spare you, either.
22Beholdthen the kindness and severity of God; to those who fell, severity, but to you, God's10kindness, 11if you continue in His kindness; otherwise you also12will be cutoff.
And they also, 13if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again.
For if you were cutoff from what is by nature a wildolivetree, and were graftedcontrary to nature into a cultivatedolivetree, howmuchmore will thesewho are the natural branches be grafted into their ownolivetree?
For 14I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this15mystery-so that you will not be 16wise in your ownestimation -that a partial17hardening has happened to Israeluntil the 18fullness of the Gentiles has come in;
