2To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, saints by calling, with all who in every place call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours:3Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
7so that you are not lacking in any gift, awaiting eagerly the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ,8who will also confirm you to the end, blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.9God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord .10Now I exhort you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all agree and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be made complete in the same mind and in the same judgment.
4For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted; but the one who examines me is the Lord .5Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men's hearts; and then each man's praise will come to him from God.
4In the name of our Lord Jesus, when you are assembled, and I with you in spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus,5I have decided to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of his flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
13Food is for the stomach and the stomach is for food, but God will do away with both of them. Yet the body is not for immorality, but for the Lord , and the Lord is for the body.14Now God has not only raised the Lord , but will also raise us up through His power.
34and his interests are divided. The woman who is unmarried, and the virgin, is concerned about the things of the Lord , that she may be holy both in body and spirit; but one who is married is concerned about the things of the world, how she may please her husband.35This I say for your own benefit; not to put a restraint upon you, but to promote what is appropriate and to secure undistracted devotion to the Lord .
5For even if there are so-called gods whether in heaven or on earth, as indeed there are many gods and many lords,6yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom are all things and we exist for Him; and one Lord , Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we exist through Him.
1Am I not free? Am I not an apostle? Have I not seen Jesus our Lord ? Are you not my work in the Lord ?2If to others I am not an apostle, at least I am to you; for you are the seal of my apostleship in the Lord .
21You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons.22Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? We are not stronger than He, are we?
26For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until He comes.27Therefore whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner, shall be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord .
57but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.58Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord , knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord .
