Matthew 11:25-30

Come to Me, and I Will Give You Rest

25 ¹At that time Jesus declared, “I thank you, Father, ²Lord of heaven and earth, that ³you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding and ⁴revealed them to little children;

26 yes, Father, for such was your ⁵gracious will. ^[a]

27 ⁶All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son ⁷except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone ⁸to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.

28 ⁹Come to ¹⁰me, all who labor and are ¹¹heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and ¹²learn from me, for I am ¹³gentle and lowly in heart, and ¹⁴you will find rest for your souls.

30 For ¹⁵my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. ”
