Wherever human beings live, we owe it to them to introduce them to Jesus.

What is most interesting about Paul’s defense, is that King Agrippa, wanted to set him free. He didn’t find enough fault in him worthy of death. But, Paul had already made the appeal to be tried in Rome. God had planned for him to go to Rome, and going in chains was the only way to do it.

On today’s program, Pastor Jack encourages us to ask ourselves if we really are a Christian, and has believing in Jesus Christ really changed us. Like Paul, we need to give an answer for our faith in Christ. Jesus taught by example, not just by talking about it. We must be convinced ourselves, that what the scriptures say is true, and what Jesus did for us was real.

Knowing God builds within us an assurance for living life. Paul’s power to share came from knowing God. Paul’s confidence was from the Word of God, and Paul’s peace came from being in the will of God. Paul knew who and what he believed in, and that was how he was able to give his defense.
