Luke 11:1-4

The Lord’s Prayer

1 Now Jesus^[a] was praying in a certain place, and when he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, ¹as John taught his disciples. ”

2 And he said to them, ²“When you pray, say: ³“Father, ⁴hallowed be ⁵your name. ⁶Your kingdom come.

3 ⁷Give us ⁸each day our daily bread, ^[b]

4 and ⁹forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And ¹⁰lead us not into temptation. ”
