1 John 5:2-5

2 ¹By this we know that ²we love the children of God, when we love God and observe His commandments.

3 For ³this is the love of God, that we ⁴keep His commandments; and ⁵His commandments are not burdensome.

4 For whatever is ⁶born of God ⁷overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world -our faith.

5 Who is the one who overcomes the world, but he who ⁸believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
