1 Rebelión de las tribus del norte
Roboam fue a Siquem, donde todo Israel se había reunido para proclamarlo rey.

2 Cuando Jeroboam, hijo de Nabat, se enteró de esto, regresó de Egipto, donde había huido para escapar del rey Salomón.

3 Entonces los líderes de Israel mandaron a llamar a Jeroboam, y él junto con todo Israel fueron a hablar con Roboam.

This chapter is not only in sense the same, but is expressed almost in the selfsame words as First Kings chapter twelve, verses one through nineteen, so there needs not anything to be added to the notes there, which the reader is referred to.
