1 Rut en el campo de trillar
Un dĂ­a NoemĂ­ le dijo a Rut:
—Hija mía, es tiempo de que yo te encuentre un hogar permanente para que tengas un porvenir asegurado.
2 Booz es nuestro pariente cercano, y él ha sido muy amable al dejarte recoger grano con las jóvenes. Esta noche estará aventando cebada en el campo de trillar.
3 Mira, haz lo que te digo. Báñate, perfúmate y vístete con tu ropa más linda. Después baja al campo de trillar pero no dejes que Booz te vea hasta que termine de comer y de beber.
4 Fíjate bien dónde se acuesta; después acércate a él, destapa sus pies y acuéstate allí. Entonces él te dirá lo que debes hacer.
5 —Haré todo lo que me dices —respondió Rut.

INTRODUCTION TO RUTH 3

In this chapter we have a proposal of Naomi to Ruth, with advice and directions to get Boaz for her husband, Ru 2:1-4. Ruth's obedience to the instructions she gave her, Ru 2:5-7, the notice Boaz took of her, and the conversation that passed between them, Ru 2:8-13 the dismission of her in the morning to her mother-in-law with a gift, to whom she returned, and acquainted her with what had passed, Ru 2:14-18.
