Matthew 26:69-75

In His final moments on this earth, Jesus was betrayed by His close disciples, humiliated, beaten beyond recognition, and eventually crucified.  Today on Sound Doctrine we’ll hear about Peter’s denial of Jesus, during this time, and why it happened.  It’ll serve to encourage us to remain close to the Lord and His Word so that we’ll be able to stay faithful through thick and thin.

His dissertation was in the translation techniques of the Septuagint. Baruch has been married for over 30 years to his wife, Rivka, and they have three adult children. The Kormans live in Israel. We’ll be in the gospel of Matthew chapter 26.  Jesus is on the road to the cross.  And He would be betrayed by one of His disciples.  If you’ve ever been betrayed by someone close to you, well you know how awful that is!  Few things in life are as painful as that.  We’ll set out to learn from Peter’s mistakes, so this doesn’t happen to us!
