1Therefore,mybrethren dearly belovedand longed for,myjoyandcrown,so stand fastin the Lord, my dearly beloved.2
I beseechEuodias,andbeseechSyntyche, that they be of the samemindin the Lord.3And I intreattheealso,trueyokefellow,help those womenwhichlaboured with mein the gospel,withClementalso,and with othermyfellowlabourers,whosenames are in the book of life.4Rejoicein the Lordalway: and again I say , Rejoice .
5Letyourmoderation be known unto allmen. The Lord is at hand.6
Be careful for nothing;butin every thing by prayerandsupplicationwiththanksgivingletyourrequests be made knownuntoGod.7And the peace of God,whichpassethallunderstanding, shall keepyourheartsandmindsthroughChristJesus.8Finally,brethren, whatsoever thingsaretrue, whatsoever things are honest,a whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be anyvirtue,and if there be anypraise,think on these things.9
Those things,which ye havebothlearned , andreceived , andheard , andseeninme,do : and the God of peace shall bewithyou.10But I rejoicedin the Lordgreatly,thatnow at the last your careofme hath flourished again ; whereinyewerealsocareful , but ye lacked opportunity .
11Not that I speak in respectofwant:forI have learned , in whatsoever state I am , therewith to becontent.12Iknow both how to be abased , and I know how to abound : every whereandin all things I am instructedboth to be fulland to be hungry , both to aboundand to suffer need .

I can do all thingsthroughChristwhichstrengthenethme.14Notwithstanding ye have welldone , that ye did communicate withmyaffliction.15NowyePhilippiansknowalso,thatin the beginning of the gospel,when I departedfromMacedonia,nochurch communicated withmeasconcerninggivingandreceiving,butyeonly.16ForeveninThessalonica ye sentonceandagainuntomynecessity.17Notbecause I desire a gift:but I desirefruit that may aboundtoyouraccount.18But I haveall,bandabound : I am full , having receivedofEpaphroditus the things which were sent fromyou, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrificeacceptable,wellpleasing to God.19ButmyGod shall supplyallyourneed according tohisrichesinglorybyChristJesus.20Now unto GodandourFather be gloryforever and ever.Amen.21SaluteeverysaintinChristJesus.
