Ezekiel 43:19

And thou shalt give to the priests the Levites, that be of the
seed of Zadok
Who, in Solomon's time, was put in the room of Abiathar; see ( Ezekiel 40:46 ) , his name signifies a "righteous" one, a type he was of Jesus Christ the righteous; and here his seed signify the seed of Christ, such whom he makes priests unto the Lord; to these, in a visionary way, the prophet was to give this altar, for them to serve at, and eat of; and all the rites and ordinances to observe and keep; and the sacrifices to offer on it, after mentioned: which approach unto me, to minister unto me, saith the Lord God;

17 Y el zócalo será de catorce codos de largo por catorce de ancho por sus cuatro lados; el borde alrededor será de medio codo, y su base, de un codo alrededor; sus gradas mirarán al oriente.

18 Y me dijo: Hijo de hombre, así dice el Señor DIOS: "Estos son los estatutos para el altar el día que sea construido, para ofrecer holocaustos sobre él y para esparcir sobre él sangre.

19 "A los sacerdotes levitas que son de la descendencia de Sadoc, que se acercan a mí para servirme"declara el Señor DIOS"darás un novillo de la vacada para la ofrenda por el pecado.

20 "Y tomarás de su sangre y la pondrás sobre sus cuatro cuernos, en los cuatro ángulos del zócalo y en el borde todo alrededor; así lo limpiarás y harás expiación por él.

21 "Luego tomarás el novillo para la ofrenda por el pecado, y será quemado en el lugar señalado del templo, fuera del santuario.
