Galatians 1:3

Grace to be you
After the inscription above, in which the writer of the epistle, and the persons joined to him, are described, and the churches to whom it is written, follows the salutation in these words, and which is common to all the epistles of this apostle; of the sense of which, (See Gill on Romans 1:7). The Alexandrian copy reads, "from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ"; and the Ethiopic version reads, "our Father".

1 Pablo, apóstol (no de parte de hombres ni mediante hombre alguno, sino por medio de Jesucristo y de Dios el Padre que le resucitó de entre los muertos),
2 y todos los hermanos que están conmigo: A las iglesias de Galacia:
3 Gracia a vosotros y paz de Dios nuestro Padre y del Señor Jesucristo,
4 que se dio a sí mismo por nuestros pecados para librarnos de este presente siglo malo, conforme a la voluntad de nuestro Dios y Padre,
5 a quien sea la gloria por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.
