Numbers 9:2

Let the children of Israel also keep the passover
Though this ordinance was enjoined the people of Israel, and observed by them at the time of their coming out of Egypt, and had been since repeated, ( Leviticus 23:5 ) ; yet without a fresh precept, or an explanation of the former, they seemed not to be obliged, or might not be sensible that they were obliged to keep it, until they came into the land of Canaan, ( Exodus 12:25 ) ; and therefore a new order is given them to observe it: at his appointed season;
and what that season is is next declared.

1 El SEÑOR habló a Moisés en el desierto del Sinaí, en el primer mes del segundo año de su salida de la tierra de Egipto, diciendo:

2 Que los hijos de Israel celebren la Pascua a su tiempo señalado.

3 En el día catorce de este mes, al atardecer, la celebraréis a su tiempo señalado; la celebraréis conforme a todos sus estatutos y conforme a todas sus ordenanzas.

4 Mandó, pues, Moisés a los hijos de Israel que celebraran la Pascua.

5 Y celebraron la Pascua en el mes primero, en el día catorce del mes, al atardecer, en el desierto de Sinaí; tal como el SEÑOR había ordenado a Moisés, así lo hicieron los hijos de Israel.
