11 Azariah son of Hilkiah, son of Meshullam, son of Zadok, son of Meraioth, son of Ahitub, the chief official of God's temple;

1 Chronicles 9:11

And Azariah the son of Hilkiah
That is, the son of Azariah, whose name was Seraiah, see ( 1 Chronicles 6:13 1 Chronicles 6:14 ) ( Nehemiah 11:11 ) , whose pedigree is traced up from Hilkiah through Meshullam, called Shallum, ( 1 Chronicles 6:12 1 Chronicles 6:13 ) . Zadok, Meraioth, to Ahitub,

the ruler of the house of God;
high priest in it; which is to be understood of Ahitub, and not of Azariah or Seraiah in the time of Ezra; for Joshua was then high priest.

9 and 956 of their relatives according to their genealogical records. All these men were heads of their ancestral houses.
10 The priests: Jedaiah; Jehoiarib; Jachin;
11 Azariah son of Hilkiah, son of Meshullam, son of Zadok, son of Meraioth, son of Ahitub, the chief official of God's temple;
12 Adaiah son of Jeroham, son of Pashhur, son of Malchijah; Maasai son of Adiel, son of Jahzerah, son of Meshullam, son of Meshillemith, son of Immer;
13 and 1,760 of their relatives, the heads of households. They were capable men employed in the ministry of God's temple.
