28 他 去 了 ， 看 見 神 人 的 屍 身 倒 在 路 上 ， 驢 和 獅 子 站 在 屍 身 旁 邊 ， 獅 子 卻 沒 有 吃 屍 身 ， 也 沒 有 抓 傷 驢 。

1 Kings 13:28

And he went and found his carcass cast in the way, and the ass
and the lion standing by the carcass
As before described: the lion had not eaten the carcass, nor torn the ass;
both which were very marvellous; as also that the ass should stand so quietly, and without fear, by the carcass along with the lion and not run away; but here both stayed till the prophet came to take care of the carcass, which shows the singular providence of God in this affair; and that though he chastised the man of God with a temporal judgment for his offence, yet he was dear to him, and even his carcass precious in his sight.

26 那 帶 神 人 回 來 的 先 知 聽 見 這 事 ， 就 說 ： 這 是 那 違 背 了 耶 和 華 命 令 的 　 神 人 ， 所 以 耶 和 華 把 他 交 給 獅 子 ； 獅 子 抓 傷 他 ， 咬 死 他 ， 是 應 驗 耶 和 華 對 他 說 的 話 。

27 老 先 知 就 吩 咐 他 兒 子 們 說 ： 你 們 為 我 備 驢 。 他 們 就 備 了 驢 。

28 他 去 了 ， 看 見 神 人 的 屍 身 倒 在 路 上 ， 驢 和 獅 子 站 在 屍 身 旁 邊 ， 獅 子 卻 沒 有 吃 屍 身 ， 也 沒 有 抓 傷 驢 。

29 老 先 知 就 把 　 神 人 的 屍 身 馱 在 驢 上 ， 帶 回 自 己 的 城 裡 ， 要 哀 哭 他 ， 葬 埋 他 ；

30 就 把 他 的 屍 身 葬 在 自 己 的 墳 墓 裡 ， 哀 哭 他 ， 說 ： 哀 哉 ！ 我 兄 啊 。
