2 約 薩 達 的 兒 子 耶 書 亞 和 他 的 弟 兄 眾 祭 司 ， 並 撒 拉 鐵 的 兒 子 所 羅 巴 伯 與 他 的 弟 兄 ， 都 起 來 建 築 以 色 列 　 神 的 壇 ， 要 照 　 神 人 摩 西 律 法 書 上 所 寫 的 ， 在 壇 上 獻 燔 祭 。

Ezra 3:2

Then stood up Jeshua the son of Jozadak
Who was the high priest, and the proper person to give the lead in the following work:

and his brethren the priests;
the common priests, very fit to join him, and assist him in it:

and Zerubbabel, the son of Shealtiel;
the prince and governor of Judah, whose presence was necessary to give countenance to the work, and animate to it:

and his brethren;
the princes and heads of the people, particularly those mentioned ( Ezra 2:2 )

and builded the altar of the God of Israel;
the altar of burnt offering, gave orders for the building of it, and directions about it:

to offer burnt offerings thereon, as it is written in the law of Moses
the man of God;
or prophet of God, as the Syriac version; see ( Leviticus 1:1-17 ) .

1 到 了 七 月 ， 以 色 列 人 住 在 各 城 ； 那 時 他 們 如 同 一 人 ， 聚 集 在 耶 路 撒 冷 。

2 約 薩 達 的 兒 子 耶 書 亞 和 他 的 弟 兄 眾 祭 司 ， 並 撒 拉 鐵 的 兒 子 所 羅 巴 伯 與 他 的 弟 兄 ， 都 起 來 建 築 以 色 列 　 神 的 壇 ， 要 照 　 神 人 摩 西 律 法 書 上 所 寫 的 ， 在 壇 上 獻 燔 祭 。

3 他 們 在 原 有 的 根 基 上 築 壇 ， 因 懼 怕 鄰 國 的 民 ， 又 在 其 上 向 耶 和 華 早 晚 獻 燔 祭 ，

4 又 照 律 法 書 上 所 寫 的 守 住 棚 節 ， 按 數 照 例 獻 每 日 所 當 獻 的 燔 祭 ；

5 其 後 獻 常 獻 的 燔 祭 ， 並 在 月 朔 與 耶 和 華 的 一 切 聖 節 獻 祭 ， 又 向 耶 和 華 獻 各 人 的 甘 心 祭 。
