Lièwángjìshang 16:29-34

29 Yóudà wáng Yàsā sān shí bā nián , àn lì de érzi yà hā dēng jī zuò le Yǐsèliè wáng . àn lì de érzi yà hā zaì sǎ Mǎlìyà zuò Yǐsèliè wáng Ěr shí èr nián .

30 Àn lì de érzi yà hā xíng Yēhéhuá yǎn zhōng kàn wéi è de shì , bǐ tā yǐqián de liè wáng gèng shén ,

31 Fàn le ní bā de érzi Yéluóbōān suǒ fàn de zuì . tā hái yǐwéi qīng , yòu qǔ le Xīdùn wáng yè bā lì de nǚér yé xǐ bié wèi qī , qù shìfèng jìngbaì bā lì ,

32 Zaì sǎ Mǎlìyà jiànzào bā lì de miào , zaì miào lǐ wéi bā lì zhú tán .

33 Yà hā yòu zuò yà shĕ là , tā suǒ xíng de rĕ Yēhéhuá Yǐsèliè shén de nùqì , bǐ tā yǐqián de Yǐsèliè zhū wáng gèng shén .

34 Yà hā zaì wèi de shíhou , yǒu Bótèlì rén xī yī lè zhòng xiū Yēlìgē chéng . lì gēnjī de shíhou , sāng le zhǎngzǐ yà bǐ lán . ān mén de shíhou , sāng le yòu zǐ xī gē , zhēng rú Yēhéhuá jiè nèn de érzi Yuēshūyà suǒ shuō de huà .

INTRODUCTION TO 1 KINGS 16

This chapter contains a prophecy of the ruin of the family of Baasha, and an account of his death, 1Ki 16:1-7, and of his son's reigning in his stead two years, who was slain by Zimri one of his captains, 1Ki 16:8-14, and who reigned but seven days, 1Ki 16:15-20, and the people being divided between Tibni and Omri, the party for the latter prevailed, and he was made king, and reigned twelve years, 1Ki 16:21-28, and was succeeded by his son Ahab, a very wicked prince, 1Ki 16:29-33, and the chapter is concluded with the rebuilding of Jericho, 1Ki 16:34.
