1 Chronicles 4:1

The sons of Judah: Pharez
The posterity of Judah in the line of Pharez, for he only is mentioned:

Hezron, and Carmi, and Hur, and Shobal.
Hezron was the son of Pharez, and Carmi is supposed to be Chelubai, or Caleb, the son of Hezron; and Hur the son of Caleb; and Shobal was the son of the second Caleb the son of Hur; see ( 1 Chronicles 2:5 1 Chronicles 2:9 1 Chronicles 2:19 1 Chronicles 2:50 ) .

1 Die Söhne Judas: Perez, Hezron und Karmi und Hur und Schobal.

2 Und Reaja, der Sohn Schobals, zeugte Jachath; und Jachath zeugte Achumai und Lahad. Das sind die Geschlechter der Zorathiter. -

3 Und diese sind von dem Vater Etams: Jisreel und Jischma und Jitbasch; und der Name ihrer Schwester: Hazlelponi;

4 und Pnuel, der Vater Gedors; und Eser, der Vater Huschas. Das sind die Söhne Hurs, des Erstgeborenen der Ephratha, des Vaters von Bethlehem. -

5 Und Aschhur, der Vater Tekoas, hatte zwei Weiber: Helea und Naara.
