John 1:43-46

Jesus Calls Philip and Nathanael

43 ¹The next day Jesus decided ²to go to Galilee. He found Philip and said to him, “Follow me. ”

44 Now ³Philip was from Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter.

45 Philip found ⁴Nathanael and said to him, “We have found him of whom ⁵Moses in the Law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus ⁶of Nazareth, ⁷the son of Joseph. ”

46 Nathanael said to him, ⁸“Can anything good come out of Nazareth? ” Philip said to him, “Come and see. ”
