John 13:21-26

Listen to John 13:21-26

One of You Will Betray Me

21 After saying these things, 1Jesus was troubled in his spirit, and testified, 2“Truly, truly, I say to you, 3one of you will betray me. ”
22 4The disciples looked at one another, uncertain of whom he spoke.
23 5One of his disciples, whom Jesus loved, was reclining at table 6at Jesus’ side, [a]
24 so Simon Peter motioned to him to ask Jesus[b] of whom he was speaking.
25 7So that disciple, 8leaning back against Jesus, said to him, “Lord, who is it? ”
26 Jesus answered, 9“It is he to whom I will give this morsel of bread 10when I have dipped it. ”So when he had dipped the morsel, 11he gave it to Judas, 12the son of Simon Iscariot.
