Jesus Cleanses the Temple

12 ¹And Jesus entered the temple^[a] and drove out all who sold and bought in the temple, and he overturned the tables of ²the money-changers and the seats of those who sold ³pigeons.

13 He said to them, “It is written, ⁴‘My house shall be called a house of prayer, ’ but ⁵you make it a den of robbers. ”
