Numbers 15:10

And thou shalt bring for a drink offering half an hin of
wine
The same quantity as of oil, and a little more:

[for] an offering made by fire of a sweet savour unto the Lord:
this, according to Jarchi, refers only to the meat offering and the oil: for the wine was not a fire offering, not being put upon the fire.

9 then one shall offer with the bull a grain offering of three tenths of an ephah of fine flour, mixed with half a hin of oil.

11 “Thus it shall be done for each bull or ram, or for each lamb or young goat.
