Leviticus 27:34

These are the commandments which the Lord commanded Moses,
&c.] Meaning either what are contained in this chapter, or rather in the whole book, which he delivered to Moses:

for the children of Israel;
to be observed by them, priests and people: and these were given to him

in Mount Sinai;
either when upon it, or rather when near it, in the wilderness of it, after the tabernacle was set up, and the Lord spake to him out of that; see ( Leviticus 1:1 ) ( 25:1 ) .

32 And concerning the tithe of the herd or the flock, of whatever passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the Lord.
33 He shall not inquire whether it is good or bad, nor shall he exchange it; and if he exchanges it at all, then both it and the one exchanged for it shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.' "
