20 Después, David le dijo a toda la asamblea: «¡Alaben al Señor
su Dios!». Y todos en la asamblea alabaron al Señor
, Dios de sus antepasados, y se inclinaron y se arrodillaron ante el Señor
y ante el rey.

1 Chronicles 29:20

And David said to all the congregation
Consisting of princes, captains, and officers, ( 1 Chronicles 28:1 )

now bless the Lord your God;
as he had done, for putting it into the power of their hands, and into their hearts, to do what they had:

and all the congregation blessed the Lord God of their fathers;
some one as the mouth of the rest put up a thanksgiving to God, as David directed, to which they all assented, and in which they all joined:

and bowed down their heads, and worshipped the Lord and the king;
the one with religious worship, the other with civil; the Syriac and Arabic versions more plainly distinguish, "they worshipped the Lord, and blessed David the king"; though some think Solomon, now made king, is meant.

, Dios de nuestros antepasados Abraham, Isaac e Israel, haz que tu pueblo siempre desee obedecerte. Asegúrate de que su amor por ti nunca cambie.

19 Dale a mi hijo Salomón el deseo de obedecer de todo corazón tus mandatos, leyes y decretos, y de hacer todo lo necesario para edificar este templo, para el cual he hecho estos preparativos».

20 Después, David le dijo a toda la asamblea: «¡Alaben al Señor
su Dios!». Y todos en la asamblea alabaron al Señor
, Dios de sus antepasados, y se inclinaron y se arrodillaron ante el Señor
y ante el rey.

21 Salomón es nombrado rey
Al día siguiente trajeron mil toros, mil carneros y mil corderos como ofrendas quemadas para el Señor
. También trajeron ofrendas líquidas y muchos otros sacrificios en nombre de todo Israel.

22 Ese día festejaron y bebieron en la presencia del Señor
con gran alegría.
Nuevamente coronaron a Salomón, el hijo de David, como su nuevo rey. Lo ungieron delante del Señor
como su líder, y ungieron a Sadoc como sacerdote.
