10 Ellos enseñan tus ordenanzas a Jacob
y dan tus instrucciones a Israel.
Ofrecen incienso delante de ti
y presentan ofrendas quemadas enteras sobre el altar.

Deuteronomy 33:10

They shall teach Jacob thy statutes, and Israel thy law
The priests and Levites, being dispersed among each of the tribes, having cities in them allotted to them, taught the people the laws, statutes, and ordinances of the Lord, moral, civil, and ceremonial, see ( Malachi 2:6 Malachi 2:7 ) ;

they shall put incense before thee;
upon the altar of incense, which none but a priest might do, as the case of Uzziah shows; and which, the Jews say ^F11, he might do but once: the same priest might not offer incense twice; a new priest was always employed: in this they, were typical of Christ, the only Intercessor who is always at the golden altar, to offer up the prayers of all saints with his much incense, ( Revelation 8:3 Revelation 8:4 ) ;

and whole burnt offerings upon thine altar;
the altar of burnt offering, typical of Christ, who is both altar, sacrifice, and priest.

«Oh Señor
, has dado tu Urim y Tumim —el sorteo sagrado—
a tus siervos fieles, los levitas.
Los pusiste a prueba en Masá
y luchaste con ellos en las aguas de Meriba.

9 Los levitas obedecieron tu palabra
y cumplieron tu pacto.
Fueron más leales a ti
que a sus propios padres.
Ignoraron a sus parientes
y no reconocieron a sus propios hijos.

10 Ellos enseñan tus ordenanzas a Jacob
y dan tus instrucciones a Israel.
Ofrecen incienso delante de ti
y presentan ofrendas quemadas enteras sobre el altar.

11 Oh Señor
, bendice el servicio de los levitas
y acepta todo el trabajo de sus manos.
Hiere a sus enemigos donde más les duela
y derriba a sus adversarios para que no vuelvan a levantarse».

12 Moisés dijo lo siguiente sobre la tribu de Benjamín:
«Los de Benjamín son amados por el Señor
y viven seguros a su lado.
Él los rodea continuamente
y los protege de todo daño».
