5 Todas esas ciudades estaban fortificadas con altos muros, y con portones y barras, sin contar las muchas aldeas no amuralladas.

Deuteronomy 3:5

All these cities were fenced with high walls, gates, and bars,
&c.] That is, all the cities in the kingdom of Bashan; and though they were, it hindered not their falling into the hands of the Israelites; and this might serve to encourage them against those fears they were possessed of by the spies, with respect to the cities in the land of Canaan; see ( Numbers 13:28 ) ( Deuteronomy 1:28 )

besides unwalled towns a great many;
small towns and villages adjacent to the several cities, as is common.

3 禄Y as铆 sucedi贸. El SE脩OR nuestro Dios tambi茅n entreg贸 en nuestras manos al rey de Bas谩n y a todo su ej茅rcito. Los derrotamos, y nadie vivi贸 para contarlo.
4 En aquella ocasi贸n conquistamos todas sus ciudades. Nos apoderamos de las sesenta ciudades que se encontraban en la regi贸n de Argob, del reino de Og en Bas谩n.
5 Todas esas ciudades estaban fortificadas con altos muros, y con portones y barras, sin contar las muchas aldeas no amuralladas.
6 Tal como hicimos con Sij贸n, rey de Hesb贸n, destruimos por completo las ciudades con sus varones, mujeres y ni帽os,
7 pero nos quedamos con todo el ganado y el bot铆n de sus ciudades.
