Deuteronomy 9:24

You have been rebellious against the Lord from the day that I
knew you.
] Either from the time he first had and took knowledge of them and visited them, before his departure from Egypt to the land of Midian; (see ( Exodus 2:11-14 ) compared with ( Acts 7:25 ) ); or from the time that he was sent to them to deliver them out of Egypt; see ( Exodus 5:20 Exodus 5:21 ) and especially from the time he brought them into the wilderness.

22 »En Taberá, en Masá y en Quibrot Hatavá ustedes provocaron también la indignación del SEÑOR,
23 lo mismo que cuando el SEÑOR los envió desde Cades Barnea y les dijo: “Vayan y tomen posesión de la tierra que les he dado”. Ustedes se rebelaron contra la orden del SEÑOR su Dios; no confiaron en él ni le obedecieron.
24 ¡Desde que los conozco han sido rebeldes al SEÑOR!
25 »Como el SEÑOR había dicho que los destruiría, yo me quedé postrado ante él esos cuarenta días y cuarenta noches.
26 Oré al SEÑOR y le dije: “SEÑOR y Dios, ¡no destruyas tu propia heredad, el pueblo que por tu grandeza redimiste y sacaste de Egipto con gran despliegue de fuerza!
