El lavamanos

17 El SEÑOR habló con Moisés y le dijo:

18 «Haz un lavamanos de bronce, con un pedestal también de bronce, y colócalo entre la Tienda de reunión y el altar. Échale agua,

19 pues con ella deben lavarse Aarón y sus hijos las manos y los pies.

20 Siempre que entren en la Tienda de reunión, o cuando se acerquen al altar y presenten al SEÑOR alguna ofrenda por fuego, deberán lavarse con agua

21 las manos y los pies para que no mueran. Esta será una ley perpetua para Aarón y sus descendientes por todas las generaciones».

INTRODUCTION TO EXODUS 30

This chapter treats of the altar of incense, its form and use, Ex 30:1-10 of the ransom of the Israelites, with the half shekel when numbered, Ex 30:11-16 of the laver for the priests to wash their hands and feet at before service, Ex 30:17-21 of the anointing oil, the ingredients of it, and what was to be done with it, Ex 30:22-33, and of the perfume, the composition and use of it, Ex 30:34-38.
