19 The Chelek Ya’akov (Portion of Jacob) is not like them; for the Yotzer (Maker) of all things is He; and Yisroel is the Shevet of His nachalah: Hashem Tzva’os Shmo.

Jeremiah 51:19

The portion of Jacob [is] not like them; for he [is] the
former of all things: and [Israel is] the rod of his inheritance: the
Lord of hosts [is] his name.] (See Gill on Jeremiah 10:16).
