Mark 13:3

And as he sat upon the Mount of Olives
On the east of Jerusalem:

over against the temple:
where he could have a full view of it; the eastern wall of the temple being lower than the rest; (See Gill on Matthew 24:3).

Peter, and John, and James, and Andrew, asked him privately;
apart from the rest of the disciples, they being, especially the first three, his favourites, and very familiar with him.

1 Comme Jésus sortait du temple, un de ses disciples lui dit: Maître, regarde quelles pierres et quels bâtiments!
2 Et Jésus, répondant, lui dit: Tu vois ces grands bâtiments; il n'y restera pas pierre sur pierre qui ne soit renversée.
3 Et comme il était assis sur le mont des Oliviers, vis-à-vis du temple, Pierre, Jacques, Jean et André lui demandèrent en particulier:
4 Dis-nous quand ces choses arriveront, et quel sera le signe de leur prochain accomplissement?
5 Alors Jésus, répondant, se mit à dire: Prenez garde que personne ne vous séduise.
