1 L’Eterno parlò a Mosè, dicendo:

0 And Hashem spoke unto Moshe, saying,
2 "Il primo giorno del primo mese erigerai il tabernacolo, la tenda di convegno.

On the first day of the first month shalt thou set up the Mishkan Ohel Mo’ed.
3 Vi porrai l’arca della testimonianza, e stenderai il velo dinanzi all’arca.

And thou shalt place therein the Aron HaEdut, and thou shalt cover so as to screen the Aron with the Parochet.
4 Vi porterai dentro la tavola, e disporrai in ordine le cose che vi son sopra; vi porterai pure il candelabro e accenderai le sue lampade.

And thou shalt bring in the Shulchan, and set in order the things that are to be set in order upon it; and thou shalt bring in the Menorah, and kindle the Nerot thereof.
5 Porrai l’altare d’oro per i profumi davanti all’arca della testimonianza e metterai la portiera all’ingresso del tabernacolo.

And thou shalt place the Mizbe’ach Hazahav L’Ketoret before the Aron HaEdut, and set up the Masach HaPetach LaMishkan.
6 Porrai l’altare degli olocausti davanti all’ingresso del tabernacolo, della tenda di convegno.

And thou shalt set the Mizbe’ach HaOlah before the Petach Mishkan Ohel Mo’ed.
7 Metterai la conca fra la tenda di convegno e l’altare, e vi metterai dentro dell’acqua.

And thou shalt set the Kiyor between the Ohel Mo’ed and the Mizbe’ach, and shalt place mayim therein.
8 Stabilirai il cortile tutt’intorno, e attaccherai la portiera all’ingresso del cortile.

And thou shalt set up the khatzer (court) all around, and hang up the Masach Sha’ar Hakhatzer.
9 Poi prenderai l’olio dell’unzione e ungerai il tabernacolo e tutto ciò che v’è dentro, lo consacrerai con tutti i suoi utensili, e sarà santo.

And thou shalt take the Shemen HaMishchah, and anoint the Mishkan, and all that is therein, and shalt set it apart as kodesh, and all the utensils thereof; and it shall be kodesh.
10 Ungerai pure l’altare degli olocausti e tutti i suoi utensili, consacrerai l’altare, e l’altare sarà santissimo.

And thou shalt anoint the Mizbe’ach HaOlah, and all its utensils, and set apart as kodesh the Mizbe’ach: and it shall be Mizbe’ach kodesh kodashim.
11 Ungerai anche la conca con la sua base, e la consacrerai.

And thou shalt anoint the Kiyor and its Stand, and set it apart as kodesh.
12 Poi farai accostare Aaronne e i suoi figliuoli all’ingresso della tenda di convegno, e li laverai con acqua.

And thou shalt bring near Aharon and his banim unto the Petach Ohel Mo’ed, and immerse them with mayim.
13 Rivestirai Aaronne de’ paramenti sacri, e lo ungerai e lo consacrerai, perché mi eserciti l’ufficio di sacerdote.

And thou shalt dress Aharon with the Bigdei Hakodesh, and anoint him, and set him apart as kodesh; that he may minister unto Me in the kohen’s office.
14 Farai pure accostare i suoi figliuoli, li rivestirai di tuniche,

And thou shalt bring near his banim, and dress them with kuttanot:
15 e li ungerai come avrai unto il loro padre, perché mi esercitino l’ufficio di sacerdoti; e la loro unzione conferirà loro un sacerdozio perpetuo, di generazione in generazione".

And thou shalt anoint them, as thou didst anoint their av, that they may minister unto Me in the kohen’s office: for their anointing shall surely be for them a kehunat olam throughout their dorot.
16 E Mosè fece così; fece interamente come l’Eterno gli aveva ordinato.

Thus did Moshe; according to all that Hashem commanded him, so did he.
17 E il primo giorno del primo mese del secondo anno, il tabernacolo fu eretto.

And it came to pass in the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, that the Mishkan was erected.
18 Mosè eresse il tabernacolo, ne pose le basi, ne collocò le assi, ne mise le traverse e ne rizzò le colonne.

And Moshe erected the Mishkan, and fastened its sockets, and set up the kerashim thereof, and put in the crossbars thereof, and set up its ammudim.
19 Stese la tenda sul tabernacolo, e sopra la tenda pose la coperta d’essa, come l’Eterno aveva ordinato a Mosè.

And he spread the Ohel over the Mishkan, and put the Mikhseh of the Ohel on it from above; as Hashem commanded Moshe.
20 Poi prese la testimonianza e la pose dentro l’arca, mise le stanghe all’arca, e collocò il propiziatorio sull’arca;
20
And he took and placed HaEdut (The Testimony, i.e., the Stone Tablets of the Ten Commandments) into HaAron, and set the carrying poles on the Aron, and put the Kapporet upon the Aron from above;
21 portò l’arca nel tabernacolo, sospese il velo di separazione e coprì con esso l’arca della testimonianza, come l’Eterno aveva ordinato a Mosè.

And he brought the Aron into the Mishkan, and set up the Parochet HaMasach, and shielded with a covering over the Aron HaEdut; as Hashem commanded Moshe.
22 Pose pure la tavola nella tenda di convegno, dal lato settentrionale del tabernacolo, fuori del velo.

And he put the Shulchan in the Ohel Mo’ed, upon the north side of the Mishkan, outside the Parochet.
23 Vi dispose sopra in ordine il pane, davanti all’Eterno, come l’Eterno aveva ordinato a Mosè.

And he set the Lechem in order upon it before Hashem; as Hashem had commanded Moshe.
24 Poi mise il candelabro nella tenda di convegno, dirimpetto alla tavola, dal lato meridionale del tabernacolo;

And he put the Menorah in the Ohel Mo’ed, opposite the Shulchan, on the south side of the Mishkan.
25 e accese le lampade davanti all’Eterno, come l’Eterno aveva ordinato a Mosè.
25
And he set up the nerot (lamps) before Hashem; as Hashem commanded Moshe.
26 Poi mise l’altare d’oro nella tenda di convegno, davanti al velo,

And he put the Mizbe’ach Hazahav in the Ohel Mo’ed before the Parochet;
27 e vi bruciò su il profumo fragrante, come l’Eterno aveva ordinato a Mosè.

And he burned ketoret spices thereon; as Hashem commanded Moshe.
28 Mise pure la portiera all’ingresso del tabernacolo.

And he set up the Masach HaPetach LaMishkan (Curtain of the Entrance of the Tabernacle).
29 Poi collocò l’altare degli olocausti all’ingresso del tabernacolo della tenda di convegno, e v’offrì sopra l’olocausto e l’oblazione, come l’Eterno aveva ordinato a Mosè.

And he put the Mizbe’ach HaOlah at the Petach Mishkan Ohel Mo’ed, and offered upon it the olah (burnt offering) and the minchah; as Hashem commanded Moshe.
30 E pose la conca fra la tenda di convegno e l’altare, e vi pose dentro dell’acqua per le abluzioni.

And he set the Kiyor between the Ohel Mo’ed and the Mizbe’ach, and put mayim there, to wash withal.
31 E Mosè ed Aaronne e i suoi figliuoli vi si lavarono le mani e i piedi;
31
And Moshe and Aharon and his banim washed their hands and their feet thereat;
32 quando entravano nella tenda di convegno e quando s’accostavano all’altare, si lavavano, come l’Eterno aveva ordinato a Mosè.

When they went into the Ohel Mo’ed, and when they came near unto the Mizbe’ach, they washed; as Hashem commanded Moshe.
33 Eresse pure il cortile attorno al tabernacolo e all’altare, e sospese la portiera all’ingresso dei cortile. Così Mosè compié l’opera.

And he erected the khatzer (courtyard) all around the Mishkan and the Mizbe’ach, and set up the Masach Sha’ar HaKhatzer. So Moshe finished the work.
34 Allora la nuvola coprì la tenda di convegno, e la gloria dell’Eterno riempì il tabernacolo.

Then the Anan covered the Ohel Mo’ed, and the Kavod Hashem filled the Mishkan.
35 E Mosè non poté entrare nella tenda di convegno perché la nuvola vi s’era posata sopra, e la gloria dell’Eterno riempiva il tabernacolo.

And Moshe was not able to enter into the Ohel Mo’ed, because the [Shekinah] cloud abode thereon, and the Kavod Hashem filled the Mishkan.
36 Or durante tutti i loro viaggi quando la nuvola s’alzava di sul tabernacolo, i figliuoli d’Israele partivano;

And when the Anan was taken up from over the Mishkan, the Bnei Yisroel went onward in all their journeys;
37 ma se la nuvola non s’alzava, non partivano fino al giorno che s’alzasse.

But if the Anan were not taken up, then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up.
38 Poiché la nuvola dell’Eterno stava sul tabernacolo durante il giorno; e di notte vi stava un fuoco, a vista di tutta la casa d’Israele durante tutti i loro viaggi.

For the Anan Hashem was upon the Mishkan by day, and Eish was on it by night, in the sight of all the Bais Yisroel, throughout all their journeys. T.N.
