1 LLEVOME luego á la puerta, á la puerta que mira hacia el oriente;

And he brought me to the gate which [was] {facing east}.
2 Y he aquí la gloria del Dios de Israel, que venía de hacia el oriente; y su sonido era como el sonido de muchas aguas, y la tierra resplandecía á causa de su gloria.

And, look! The glory of the God of Israel, it came from the way of the east, and its sound [was] like [the] sound of many waters and the land radiated due to his glory!
3 Y la visión que vi era como la visión, como aquella visión que vi cuando vine para destruir la ciudad: y las visiones eran como la visión que vi junto al río de Chebar; y caí sobre mi rostro.

And the appearance of the vision which I saw [was] as the vision which I saw at his coming to destroy the city, and [these] visions [were] [also] as the vision which I saw by the {Kebar River}, and I fell on my face.
4 Y la gloria de Jehová entró en la casa por la vía de la puerta que daba cara al oriente.

And [then] the glory of Yahweh came to the temple {by the way of the gate facing east}.
5 Y alzóme el espíritu, y metióme en el atrio de adentro; y he aquí que la gloria de Jehová hinchió la casa.

And [the] Spirit lifted me and it brought me to the inner courtyard and, look! The glory of Yahweh filled the temple!
6 Y oí uno que me hablaba desde la casa: y un varón estaba junto á mí.

And I heard [someone] speaking to me from the house, and a man was standing beside me.
7 Y díjome: Hijo del hombre, este es el lugar de mi asiento, y el lugar de las plantas de mis pies, en el cual habitaré entre los hijos de Israel para siempre: y nunca más contaminará la casa de Israel mi santo nombre, ni ellos ni sus reyes, con sus fornicaciones, y con los cuerpos muertos de sus reyes en sus altares:

And he said to me, "Son of man, [this is] the place of my throne and the place for the soles of my feet {where I will dwell} in the midst of the {Israelites} to eternity, and they, the house of Israel, they and their kings, will not again defile {my holy name} with their fornication and with their offerings for the dead of their kings [on] their high places.
8 Y poniendo ellos su umbral junto á mi umbral, y su poste junto á mi poste, y no más que pared entre mí y ellos, contaminaron mi santo nombre con sus abominaciones que hicieron: consumílos por tanto en mi furor.

{When they placed their threshold} with my threshold, their doorframe beside my doorframe and the wall [was] between me and between them, then they defiled {my holy name}, with their detestable things that they did, and [so] I consumed them in my anger.
9 Ahora echarán lejos de mí su fornicación, y los cuerpos muertos de sus reyes, y habitaré en medio de ellos para siempre.

Now let them send their fornication far away and the offerings for the dead of their kings [away] from me, and I will dwell in the midst of them {forever}.
10 Tú, hijo del hombre, muestra á la casa de Israel esta casa, y avergüéncense de sus pecados, y midan la traza de ella.

You, son of man, describe [to] the house of Israel the temple and let them be ashamed of their iniquities and let them measure the pattern.
11 Y si se avergonzaren de todo lo que han hecho, hazles entender la figura de la casa, y su traza, y sus salidas y sus entradas, y todas sus formas, y todas sus descripciones, y todas sus configuraciones, y todas sus leyes: y descríbelo delante de sus ojos, para que guarden toda su forma, y todas sus reglas, y las pongan por obra.

And if they are ashamed of all that they did, [then] the plan of the temple and its arrangement and its exits and its entrances and all of its plans and all of its statutes. And all of its plans and all of its laws make known [to] them and write [them] before their eyes, so that they may remember all of its plans and all of its statutes, so that they do them!
12 Esta es la ley de la casa: Sobre fcfc término alrededor será santísimo. He aquí que esta es la ley de la casa.

This [is] the law of the temple: On the top of the mountain, all of its territory, {all the way around it}, {will be most holy}. Look, this [is] the law of the temple.
13 Y estas son las medidas del altar por codos (el codo de á codo y palmo). El seno, de un codo, y de un codo el ancho; y su remate por su borde alrededor, de un palmo. Este será el fondo alto del altar.

And these [are] the measurements of the altar in the cubits (a cubit [is] a cubit and a handbreadth): now its gutter {is a cubit in depth by a cubit in width} and its rim along its edge all around is one span, and this [is] [also] the height of the altar.
14 Y desde el seno de sobre el suelo hasta el lugar de abajo, dos codos, y la anchura de un codo: y desde el lugar menor hasta el lugar mayor, cuatro codos, y la anchura de un codo.

And from the gutter at the ground up to the lower ledge [is] two cubits, and [its] width [is] one cubit, and from the small ledge up to the large ledge [is] four cubits, and [its] width [is] one cubit.
15 Y el altar, de cuatro codos, y encima del altar, cuatro cuernos.

And the altar hearth [was] four cubits, and from the altar hearth and {upwards} [were] the four horns [of the altar].
16 Y el altar tenía doce codos de largo, y doce de ancho, cuadrado á sus cuatro lados.

And the altar hearth [was] {twelve} [cubits] [in] length and {twelve} [cubits] [in] width; [it was] {squared on its four sides}.
17 Y el área, de catorce codos de longitud y catorce de anchura en sus cuatro lados, y de medio codo el borde alrededor: y el seno de un codo por todos lados; y sus gradas estaban al oriente.

And the ledge [was] {fourteen} [cubits] in length with {fourteen} [cubits] [its] width to [all] four of its sides, and a rim [was] all around it of one-half cubit. And the gutter for it [was] a cubit all around, and its steps [were] facing east."
18 Y díjome: Hijo del hombre, así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Estas son las ordenanzas del altar el día en que será hecho, para ofrecer sobre él holocausto, y para esparcir sobre él sangre.

And he said to me, "Son of man, thus says the Lord Yahweh: 'These [are] the statutes of the altar on the day {when it is made}, to sacrifice a burnt offering on it and to sprinkle blood on it.
19 Darás á los sacerdotes Levitas que son del linaje de Sadoc, que se allegan á mí, dice el Señor Jehová, para ministrarme, un becerro de la vacada para expiación.

And you must give to the Levitical priests who [are] from the offspring of Zadok, the [ones] [coming] near me," {declares} the Lord Yahweh, "to serve me, a bull, {a calf} as [a] sin offering.
20 Y tomarás de su sangre, y pondrás en los cuatro cuernos del altar, y en las cuatro esquinas del área, y en el borde alrededor: así lo limpiarás y purificarás.

You must take some of its blood and put [it] on {the four horns of the altar}, and the four corners of the ledge, and on the rim all around; thus you must purify it and make atonement for it.
21 Tomarás luego el becerro de la expiación, y lo quemarás conforme á la ley de la casa, fuera del santuario.

And you must take the bull, the sin offering, and you must burn it in the designated place of the temple outside of the holy place.
22 Y al segundo día ofrecerás un macho de cabrío sin defecto, para expiación; y purificarán el altar como lo purificaron con el becerro.

And on the second day you must offer a he-goat without defect as [a] sin offering, and they must purify the altar {like} they purified with the bull.
23 Cuando acabares de expiar, ofrecerás un becerro de la vacada sin defecto, y un carnero sin tacha de la manada:

{When you are finished} from purifying, you must offer a bull, {a calf}, without defect, and a ram from the flock without defect.
24 Y los ofrecerás delante de Jehová, y los sacerdotes echarán sal sobre ellos, y los ofrecerán en holocausto á Jehová.

And you must bring them near {before} Yahweh, and the priests must throw salt on them, and they must offer them [as] a burnt offering to Yahweh.
25 Por siete días sacrificarán un macho cabrío cada día en expiación; asimismo sacrificarán el becerro de la vacada y un carnero sin tacha del rebaño.

[For] seven days you must provide a goat of sin offering for the day and a bull, {a calf}, and a ram from the flock without defect; you must provide [them].
26 Por siete días expiarán el altar, y lo limpiarán, y ellos henchirán sus manos.

Seven days they must purify the altar and they must cleanse it and [so] {they will consecrate it}.
27 Y acabados estos días, al octavo día, y en adelante, sacrificarán los sacerdotes sobre el altar vuestros holocaustos y vuestros pacíficos; y me seréis aceptos, dice el Señor Jehová.

And they will finish the days, {and then} on the eighth day and beyond [that] the priests will offer on the altar your burnt offerings and your fellowship offerings, and [then] I will be pleased with you," {declares} the Lord Yahweh.
