1 Yēhéhuá yào liánxù Yǎgè , bì zaì jiǎn xuǎn Yǐsèliè , jiāng tāmen ānzhì zaì bĕn dì . jìjū de bì yǔ tāmen liánhé , jǐn tiē Yǎgè jiā .

The LORD will have compassion on Jacob; once again he will choose Israel and will settle them in their own land. Foreigners will join them and unite with the descendants of Jacob.
2 Waìbāngrén bìjiāng tāmen daì huí bĕn tǔ . Yǐsèliè jiā bì zaì Yēhéhuá de dì shang dé waìbāngrén wèi pú bì . yĕ yào lǔlǜe xiānqián lǔlǜe tāmende , xiá zhì xiānqián qīyē tāmende .

Nations will take them and bring them to their own place. And Israel will take possession of the nations and make them male and female servants in the LORD’s land. They will make captives of their captors and rule over their oppressors.
3 Dāng Yēhéhuá shǐ nǐ tuōlí chóukǔ , fán nǎo , bìng rén miǎnqiǎng nǐ zuò de kǔ gōng , dé xiǎng ānxī de rìzi ,

On the day the LORD gives you relief from your suffering and turmoil and from the harsh labor forced on you,
4 Nǐ bì tí zhè shīgē lún Bābǐlún wáng shuō , qīyē rén de hé jìng xī miè , qiángbào de hé jìng zhǐxī .

you will take up this taunt against the king of Babylon: How the oppressor has come to an end! How his fury has ended!
5 Yēhéhuá zhé duàn le è rén de zhàng , xiá zhì rén de guī ,

The LORD has broken the rod of the wicked, the scepter of the rulers,
6 Jiù shì zaì fèn nù zhōng liánlián gōngjī zhòng mín de , zaì nùqì zhōng xiá zhì liè guó ,xíng bīpò wú rén zǔ zhǐ de .

which in anger struck down peoples with unceasing blows, and in fury subdued nations with relentless aggression.
7 Xiànzaì quán dì dé ānxī , xiǎng píngjìng . rén jiē fā shēng huānhū .

All the lands are at rest and at peace; they break into singing.
8 Sōng shù hé Lìbānèn de xiāng bǎi shù , dōu yīn nǐ huānlè , shuō , zì cóng nǐ pú dǎo , zaì wú rén shang lái kǎn fá wǒmen .

Even the junipers and the cedars of Lebanon gloat over you and say, “Now that you have been laid low, no one comes to cut us down.”
9 Nǐ xià dào yīnjiān , yīnjiān jiù yīn nǐ zhèndòng , lái yíngjiē nǐ . yòu yīn nǐ jīng dòng zaì shì céng wèi shǒulǐng de yīn hún , bìng shǐ nà céng wèi liè guó jūnwáng de , dōu lí wèi zhàn qǐ .

The realm of the dead below is all astir to meet you at your coming; it rouses the spirits of the departed to greet you— all those who were leaders in the world; it makes them rise from their thrones— all those who were kings over the nations.
10 Tāmen dōu yào fā yán duì nǐ shuō , nǐ yĕ biàn wèi ruǎnfuò , xiàng wǒmen yíyàng ma . nǐ yĕ chéng le wǒmen de yàngzi ma .

They will all respond, they will say to you, “You also have become weak, as we are; you have become like us.”
11 Nǐde wēi shì , hé nǐ qín sè de shēngyīn , dōu xià dào yīnjiān . nǐ xià pū de shì chóng , shang gĕ de shì qū .

All your pomp has been brought down to the grave, along with the noise of your harps; maggots are spread out beneath you and worms cover you.
12 Míngliàng zhī xīng , zǎochen zhī zǐ a , nǐ hé jìng cóng tiān zhuìluò . nǐ zhè gōng baì liè guó de , hé jìng beì kǎn dǎo zaì dì shang .

How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!
13 Nǐ xīnli céng shuō , wǒ yào shēng dào tiān shang . wǒ yào gāo jǔ wǒde bǎozuò zaì shén zhòng xīng yǐshàng . wǒ yào zuò zaì jùhuì de shān shang , zaì bĕi fāng de jí chù ,

You said in your heart, “I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of Mount Zaphon.
14 Wǒ yào shēng dào gāo yún zhī shang . wǒ yào yǔ zhì shang zhĕ tóngdĕng .

I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.”
15 Ránér nǐ bì zhuìluò yīnjiān , dào kēng zhōng jí shēn zhī chù .

But you are brought down to the realm of the dead, to the depths of the pit.
16 Fán kànjian nǐde , dōu yào déngjīng kàn nǐ , liúyì kàn nǐ , shuō , shǐ dàdì zhàn dǒu , shǐ liè guó zhèndòng ,

Those who see you stare at you, they ponder your fate: “Is this the man who shook the earth and made kingdoms tremble,
17 Shǐ shìjiè rútóng huāng yĕ , shǐ chéngyì qīngfù , bù shìfàng beìlǔ de rén guī jiā , shì zhège rén ma .

the man who made the world a wilderness, who overthrew its cities and would not let his captives go home?”
18 Liè guó de jūnwáng jū ge zaì zìjǐ yīn zhái de róngyào zhōng ān shuì .

All the kings of the nations lie in state, each in his own tomb.
19 Wéidú nǐ beì pāo qì , bùdé rù nǐde fùnmù , hǎoxiàng kĕ zēng de zhīzǐ . yǐ beì shā de rén wéi yī , jiù shì beì dāo cī tòu , zhuìluò kēng zhōng shítou nàli de . nǐ yòu xiàng beì jiàntà de shī shǒu yíyàng .

But you are cast out of your tomb like a rejected branch; you are covered with the slain, with those pierced by the sword, those who descend to the stones of the pit. Like a corpse trampled underfoot,
20 Nǐ bùdé yǔ jūnwáng tóng zàng , yīnwei nǐ baìhuaì nǐde guó , shā lù nǐde mín . è rén hòuyì de míng , bì yǒng bù tí shuō .

you will not join them in burial, for you have destroyed your land and killed your people. Let the offspring of the wicked never be mentioned again.
21 Xiān rén jì yǒu zuìniè , jiù yào yùbeì shā lù tāde zǐsūn , miǎndé tāmen xīngqǐ lái , dé le biàn dì , zaì shìshang xiū mǎn chéngyì .

Prepare a place to slaughter his children for the sins of their ancestors; they are not to rise to inherit the land and cover the earth with their cities.
22 Wàn jūn zhī Yēhéhuá shuō , wǒ bì xīngqǐ gōngjī tāmen , jiāng Bābǐlún de míng haó , hé suǒ yú shèng de rén , lián zǐ daì sūn yībìng jiǎnchú . zhè shì Yēhéhuá shuō de .

“I will rise up against them,” declares the LORD Almighty. “I will wipe out Babylon’s name and survivors, her offspring and descendants,” declares the LORD.
23 Wǒ bì shǐ Bābǐlún wèi jiàn zhū suǒ dé , yòu biàn wèi shuǐ chí . wǒ yào yòng mièwáng Desǎo zhǒu sǎo jìng tā . zhè shì wàn jūn zhī Yēhéhuá shuō de .

“I will turn her into a place for owls and into swampland; I will sweep her with the broom of destruction,” declares the LORD Almighty.
24 Wàn jūn zhī Yēhéhuá qǐshì , shuō , wǒ zĕnyàng sīxiǎng , bì zhàoyàng chéngjiù . wǒ zĕnyàng déng yì , bì zhàoyàng chéng lì .

The LORD Almighty has sworn, “Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen.
25 Jiù shì zaì wǒ dì shang dǎ zhé Yàshù rén , zaì wǒ shān shang jiāng tā jiàntà , tā jiā de è , bì líkāi Yǐsèliè rén . tā jiā de zhòngdàn , bì líkāi tāmende jiān tóu .

I will crush the Assyrian in my land; on my mountains I will trample him down. His yoke will be taken from my people, and his burden removed from their shoulders.”
26 Zhè shì xiàng quán dì suǒ déng de zhǐyì . zhè shì xiàng wàn guó suǒ shēn chū de shǒu .

This is the plan determined for the whole world; this is the hand stretched out over all nations.
27 wàn jūn zhī Yēhéhuá jìrán déng yì , shuí néng feìqì ne . tāde shǒu yǐjing shēn chū , shuí néng zhuǎn huí ne .

For the LORD Almighty has purposed, and who can thwart him? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?
28 Yàhāsī wáng bēng de nà nián , jiù yǒu yǐxià de mò shì .

This prophecy came in the year King Ahaz died:
29 Fēilìshì quán dì a , búyào yīn jī dǎ nǐde zhàng zhé duàn jiù xǐlè . yīnwei cóng shé de gēn , bì shēng chū dúshé . tā suǒ shēng de , shì huǒyàn de fēi lóng .

Do not rejoice, all you Philistines, that the rod that struck you is broken; from the root of that snake will spring up a viper, its fruit will be a darting, venomous serpent.
30 Pín Hán rén de zhǎngzǐ , bì yǒu suǒ shí , qióngfá rén bì ānrán tǎng wò . wǒ bì yǐ jīhuāng , zhìsǐ nǐde gēn , nǐ suǒ yú shèng de rén , bì beì shā lù .

The poorest of the poor will find pasture, and the needy will lie down in safety. But your root I will destroy by famine; it will slay your survivors.
31 Mén nǎ , yīngdāng āi haó . chéng a , yīngdāng hūhǎn . Fēilìshì quán dì a , nǐ dōu xiāohuà le . yīnwei yǒu yān cóng bĕi fāng chūlai , tā xíng wǔ zhōng bì wú luàn duì de .

Wail, you gate! Howl, you city! Melt away, all you Philistines! A cloud of smoke comes from the north, and there is not a straggler in its ranks.
32 Kĕ zĕnyàng huídá waì bāng de shǐzhĕ ne . ( waì bāng huò zhǐ Fēilìshì ) bì shuō , Yēhéhuá jiànlì le Xī \'ān , tā bǎixìng zhōng de kùnkǔ rén , bì tóu bēn zaì qízhōng .

What answer shall be given to the envoys of that nation? “The LORD has established Zion, and in her his afflicted people will find refuge.”
