1 Los jefes del pueblo habitaron en Jerusalén, pero el resto del pueblo echó suertes a fin de traer uno de cada diez para que habitara en Jerusalén, la ciudad santa, mientras los otros nueve se quedarían en las otras ciudades.

Now the leaders of the people settled in Jerusalem. The rest of the people cast lots to bring one out of every ten of them to live in Jerusalem, the holy city, while the remaining nine were to stay in their own towns.
