WEB

1 Sing a new song to the Lord; he has done wonderful things! By his own power and holy strength he has won the victory.
1 <<A Psalm.>> Sing to Yahweh a new song, For he has done marvelous things! His right hand, and his holy arm, have worked salvation for him.
2 The Lord announced his victory; he made his saving power known to the nations.
2 Yahweh has made known his salvation. He has openly shown his righteousness in the sight of the nations.
3 He kept his promise to the people of Israel with loyalty and constant love for them. All people everywhere have seen the victory of our God.
3 He has remembered his lovingkindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
4 Sing for joy to the Lord, all the earth; praise him with songs and shouts of joy!
4 Make a joyful noise to Yahweh, all the earth! Burst out and sing for joy, yes, sing praises!
5 Sing praises to the Lord! Play music on the harps!
5 Sing praises to Yahweh with the harp, With the harp and the voice of melody.
6 Blow trumpets and horns, and shout for joy to the Lord, our king.
6 With trumpets and sound of the ram's horn. Make a joyful noise before the King, Yahweh.
7 Roar, sea, and every creature in you; sing, earth, and all who live on you!
7 Let the sea roar with its fullness; The world, and those who dwell therein.
8 Clap your hands, you rivers; you hills, sing together with joy before the Lord,
8 Let the rivers clap their hands. Let the mountains sing for joy together.
9 because he comes to rule the earth. He will rule the peoples of the world with justice and fairness.
9 Let them sing before Yahweh, For he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, And the peoples with equity.
