1 Mictam de David. Guárdame, oh Dios, porque en ti he confiado.

Keep me safe, my God, for in you I take refuge.
2 Di al SEÑOR: Señor tú <I>eres</I> mi bien; no <I>tengo otro bien</I> fuera de ti.

I say to the LORD, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.”
3 A los santos que <I>están</I> en la tierra, y a los íntegros; toda mi afición en ellos.

I say of the holy people who are in the land, “They are the noble ones in whom is all my delight.”
4 Multiplicarán sus dolores <I>los que</I> se apresuraren tras otro <I>dios</I> ; no ofreceré yo sus libaciones de sangre, ni en mis labios tomaré sus nombres.

Those who run after other gods will suffer more and more. I will not pour out libations of blood to such gods or take up their names on my lips.
5 El SEÑOR <I>es</I> la porción de mi parte y de mi copa; tú sustentarás mi suerte.

LORD, you alone are my portion and my cup; you make my lot secure.
6 Las cuerdas me cayeron en <I>lugares</I> deleitosos, así mismo la heredad se hermoseó sobre mí.

The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.
7 Bendeciré al SEÑOR, que me aconseja; aun en las noches me enseña mis riñones.

I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me.
8 Al SEÑOR he puesto siempre delante de mí; porque <I>estando El</I> a mi diestra, no seré conmovido.

I keep my eyes always on the LORD. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
9 Por tanto se alegró mi corazón, y se gozó mi gloria; también mi carne reposará segura.

Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure,
10 Porque no dejarás mi alma en el sepulcro; ni darás tu Misericordioso para que vea corrupción.

because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, nor will you let your faithful one see decay.
11 Me harás saber la senda de la vida; plenitud de alegrías hay con tu rostro; deleites en tu diestra para siempre.

You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
