1 Al Vencedor, en Neginot: Salmo de David. Respóndeme cuando llamo, oh Dios de mi justicia. Estando en angustia, tú me hiciste ensanchar; ten misericordia de mí, y oye mi oración.

2 Hijos de <I>los</I> hombres, ¿hasta cuándo <I>volveréis</I> mi honra en infamia, amaréis la vanidad, y buscaréis la mentira? (Selah.)

3 Sabed pues, que el SEÑOR hizo apartar al pío para sí; el SEÑOR oirá cuando yo a él clamare.

4 Temblad, y no pequéis. Meditad en vuestro corazón sobre vuestra cama, y desistid. (Selah.)

5 Ofreced sacrificios de justicia, y confiad en el SEÑOR.

6 Muchos dicen: ¿Quién nos mostrará el bien? Alza sobre nosotros, oh SEÑOR, la luz de tu rostro.

7 <I>Tú</I> diste alegría en mi corazón, al tiempo que el grano y el mosto de ellos se multiplicó.

8 En paz me acostaré, y asimismo dormiré; porque solo tú, SEÑOR, me harás estar confiado.

1 Answer me when I call to you, my righteous God. Give me relief from my distress; have mercy on me and hear my prayer.

2 How long will you people turn my glory into shame? How long will you love delusions and seek false gods

3 Know that the LORD has set apart his faithful servant for himself; the LORD hears when I call to him.

4 Tremble and do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent.

5 Offer the sacrifices of the righteous and trust in the LORD.

6 Many, LORD, are asking, “Who will bring us prosperity?” Let the light of your face shine on us.

7 Fill my heart with joy when their grain and new wine abound.

8 In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, LORD, make me dwell in safety.
